AI risk review for small businesses
Here's a thing that happens in loads of small teams. Someone finds a brilliant AI tool, tells someone else, and within a fortnight half the office has it, and nobody's quite sure what it can see.
And that's not anyone being careless. It's people being keen and trying to get their work done, which is lovely. But some of those AI assistants, browser extensions and AI coding tools can see screens, read files or even act on their own, and if you're handling customer details or anything sensitive, it's worth knowing which ones. So I'll help you find out, and then help you decide what to do about it, all in plain English and without making anyone feel told off.
What you get
- A 15-minute call where you tell me how your team works, and I mostly listen and ask nosy questions
- Help running the free scanner and self-check on your team's devices
- A written review: which AI tools have access to what, the risks in plain English, and the settings to change
- A short AI tools policy you can share with your team, written so people will actually read it

It's dead simple, and there's no pressure at any point. If we have a chat and it turns out you don't need a review, I'll tell you, and you'll have lost nothing but fifteen minutes and maybe half a biscuit.
